When you visit the website

When you open a page, the web server writes an entry to an access log. It contains your IP address, date and time, the requested address, the status code, the amount of data transferred, the previously visited page (if your browser sends it) and your browser identification.

No entries are created for fonts, scripts and icons. The log is limited in size and continuously overwritten; a fixed storage period has not yet been defined.

Delivery via Cloudflare

The website is delivered via the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Cloudflare processes the data required for the connection, in particular your IP address. Processing outside the European Union is possible.

The following applies:

• Cloudflare inserts a script for detecting automated access into the pages. During our check on 14 September 2026, the website’s security settings prevented it from running.
• Your browser is asked to report connection errors to Cloudflare (Network Error Logging).
• Email addresses on this website are not modified by Cloudflare; they appear as normal email links.

Cookies and browser storage

During our check on 14 September 2026, the website did not set any cookies and did not store any data in your browser’s storage in new browser sessions on German and English pages.

In certain situations, for example to fend off attacks, Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies. We do not use analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. That is why this website has no cookie settings.

Scripts and fonts

Our own scripts improve the menu, fade in headings and control the “Back to top” link. On the contact page, one of our scripts checks your entries and sends the contact form to this website when you submit it. The scripts do not store anything. In addition, there is the Cloudflare script described above.

All fonts are loaded from this website. No external fonts, maps, videos or analytics tools are embedded.

Link to Instagram

In the footer, we link to our Instagram profile. This is a simple link, not an embedded feature. Only when you click it do you leave this website; Instagram’s privacy policy then applies.

Contact by phone or email

If you call us or send an email, we process your information in order to handle your enquiry.

Please do not send us diagnoses, doctors’ letters or medical findings by email. What is needed for care is discussed in person.

Contact form

You can send us an enquiry using the contact form on the contact page. The page for hospitals, practices and social services additionally offers the „care enquiry“ form. Both are additional ways to reach us besides telephone and email.

Purpose

We process your details in order to handle your enquiry and to reply to you by email or telephone.

What information is processed

Your type of enquiry (request care, request a call back, advice, cooperation or other), your first and last name, your email address and/or telephone number and – if you provide them – your preferred time for a call back and your message. The email we receive also notes whether you used the German or the English version of the page.

Required and voluntary information

Your type of enquiry, your first and last name and at least an email address or a telephone number are required. Without this information we cannot reply to you. The call-back time and the message are voluntary.

Legal basis

If you request care, advice or a call back about this, we process your details to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For other enquiries, such as a request for cooperation, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Recipients

Your details are passed from this website’s server over an encrypted connection to the mail server of our inbox and delivered as an email to info@rozalis-pflegedienst.de. In the process, they are also processed by the provider of the server on which the website runs and by the email provider that hosts our inbox. Delivery of the website via Cloudflare is described above.

Storage period

Your enquiry is not stored on the website’s server; it is only passed on for sending.

We keep the email for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry. If a contractual relationship results from it, the statutory retention obligations for that relationship apply. Otherwise, we delete the enquiry once it has been dealt with and no statutory obligations prevent this.

Protection against misuse

To protect against automated enquiries, the form contains a field that is invisible to people and a time marker created when the page is opened. In addition, the server counts for no longer than one hour how often messages have been sent from one connection; instead of the IP address, it only keeps a non-reversible key in memory. The form does not set cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The form’s logs contain no form content.

In addition, the Cloudflare Turnstile service checks whether the form is being sent by a person. For this, the form page loads a script from Cloudflare, and Cloudflare processes technical data such as the IP address and characteristics of the browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Care enquiry from institutions

Via the „care enquiry“ form we process the kind of institution, the name of the institution and of the contact person, the contact details provided and – if you provide them – department or role, preferred time for a call back, type of care, place of care, preferred start and your message.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries from institutions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); where the enquiry concerns a specific case of care, also steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Recipients, storage period and protection against misuse are the same as described above.

Details about individual patients are not collected via this form. Please do not send names, diagnoses, medical findings or other health data there; the further exchange is agreed personally.

Applications

Applications reach us by email or phone; there is no online form. We use your information for the application process.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have in particular the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
