Rozali's Pflegedienst is based in Wuppertal-Ronsdorf and provides care in people's own homes within a radius of approximately 50 kilometres.
Our base
Wuppertal-Ronsdorf is our base and the starting point for every assignment. From here we reach the surrounding towns and communities.

Whether care is possible depends on the individual case
A radius is an orientation, not a commitment. Whether we can take on a care arrangement depends on the type of care needed, the exact location, our capacity at the desired time and the conditions set by the payer. We check each request individually and tell you clearly whether and to what extent care is possible.
How we check your request
- You briefly tell us who needs care and where it should take place.
- We check whether the location is within our service area.
- We clarify whether the required service fits our care offering.
- We tell you whether we can take on the care – and what to do next.
A request is non-binding. Only when we jointly determine that care is possible and wanted do we plan the next steps.
A phone call or email is enough. You don't need to prepare anything.
