Why I am founding Rozali’s Pflegedienst
Rozali’s Pflegedienst did not come about because nursing is simply a profession to me. It came about because care became personal in my own life.
When someone close to you needs support, the questions change. It is no longer only about medication, appointments and routines. What matters is whether that person feels safe. Whether they are listened to. Whether their habits, their dignity and their own voice keep their place.
It is exactly this understanding that shapes my work as a nurse. Professional expertise is indispensable. But it only makes a real difference when it comes together with attentiveness, respect and genuine reliability.
That is why I am founding Rozali’s Pflegedienst. I want to shape care in which people are never reduced to a need for support. Care that does not leave relatives alone with their worries. And care in which staff take responsibility, talk with one another and see the person as a whole.
Trust is not built on big promises. It grows in the small moments: when someone listens, when agreements are kept and when you can feel that you are in good hands.
